For one, rewarding yourself after a workout is a fantastic way to stay motivated and incentivize yourself to keep going. This can be something like having a money jar that you put your change into every time you work out and save up for something nice, or some time playing your favourite game.

You can also surround yourself with some entertainment while you work out.

Have your favourite music playing super loud to get the mood going, or watch a tv show while you're working out to get in the zone. Or even put on a workout DVD, the choice is yours.

There's a ton of possibilities at home! Don't limit yourself.
